As per our policy, we do not accept returns since the outfit is specially made for you. In case of an improper fit or alterations, you need to inform us and share your photographs wearing the outfit within 1 day of receiving the outfit. Our team will compare the measurements to the measurements provided by you when placing the order. If and only if, there is a discrepancy from our side, we will carry out the alterations free of cost. You need to ship us the outfit within 2 days of receiving it. The shipping charges will have to be paid by you and we will not be liable for the same.
If the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged, you must send us photographs showing the defect within 1 day of receiving the outfit.
If an incorrect product has been delivered to you, that does not match the description provided in your order confirmation email, then you will need to share photographs of the product within 1 day of receiving the outfit. Upon receiving the outfit, we will make the necessary changes and send you the correct outfit within 10 working days.
Please note that we do not provide refunds for any orders under any circumstances. We will only be liable for resizing the outfit if an error has been made from our side regarding the size or if there is a manufacturing defect in the product or if the product received is different from the one mentioned in the order confirmation email.
Please ensure that the product being returned is unworn, and unused with its original tags intact. If not, then we shall not be liable to make any changes to the outfit.
Any requests for alterations made post the above-mentioned timelines will be chargeable.
All courier/shipping charges concerning the above-mentioned scenarios shall be borne by the customer.
