Shipping policy

Your order is carefully being crafted at our production house. We give prime importance to cut, colour & superior finish.  Kindly refer to your order summary to know the timeline for your order dispatch.

Domestic Shipping:

• Once shipped, your order will reach you within 5 to 7 working days.
  
• We provide free shipping for orders within India.
• You will be able to track your order via the delivery slip provided to you at the time of order dispatch.
• We are not liable for any delays taking place after we have shipped the product. These can be due to several unforeseen circumstances.
• We shall try our best to make sure that your order reaches you at the earliest.
• Please make sure that you provide us with correct and complete addresses.

International Shipping:

• Once shipped, your order will reach you within 8 to 10 working days.
• International shipping is charged as per actuals depending on the location and the weight of the parcel. It will be calculated automatically at the time of checkout.
• For international deliveries, there may be certain taxes and customs duties that might have to be paid depending on the weight of the parcel. These vary from country to country. These charges must be paid by the customer to our shipping partner. The customer will also be liable to pay any other local taxes or additional import duties levied by the destination country. We do not take any responsibility for the non-delivery of orders in cases wherein the customer does not pay the required taxes or duties as required by the law of the destination country. Please note that we will not provide any refunds in such cases nor shall we be responsible for clearing these charges.
• In case of bulk orders, we will get a shipping quote from our delivery partner. It will depend on the weight of the parcel and the destination country. We shall include these charges and the customer shall be liable to pay these to us before we ship the bulk order.
